Why support EDvance College?

Addressing the ECE workforce shortage
EDvance College is tackling the urgent shortage of early childhood educators by building a diverse and highly skilled workforce that reflects the communities they serve. Research shows that the first five years of life are critical for brain development, and early childhood educators play a pivotal role in shaping children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development. Unfortunately, many ECE professionals face barriers to obtaining the degrees and support they need to advance in their careers.

Our accessible degree pathways break down these barriers by offering bilingual coursework and comprehensive support services, ensuring that educators—particularly those from historically underserved communities—can provide the highest quality care and education.
A proven model for success
EDvance College has developed a proven model with high student and employer satisfaction rates and a 94% persistence rate. Our graduates are not only workforce-ready, but they also emerge as community leaders who drive meaningful change.

Our curriculum is specifically tailored to meet the needs of working students, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to make an immediate and lasting impact in their communities. By preparing culturally connected and professionally trained educators, EDvance is shaping the future of early childhood education.
Built for today’s ECE workforce
Traditional higher education systems often fail to serve today’s early childhood education workforce. EDvance College is reimagining the higher education experience, offering flexible, accessible, and culturally responsive degree pathways. Our programs prioritize the unique needs of working students, ensuring that they can balance professional commitments while pursuing their degrees.

Graduates of EDvance are not only well-prepared in terms of skills, but are also culturally connected to their students, fostering essential language, literacy, and social development that sets children up for long-term success in school and life.
Impact at scale
EDvance College is ready to expand its impact beyond they Bay Area to meet the needs of early childhood educators across the country. As an accredited, independent, remote, non-profit institution, our high-quality model is designed to be scalable and adaptable to local workforce demands.

With your support, EDvance can bring its proven approach to communities nationwide, ensuring that more educators receive the training and education they need to make a profound difference in the lives of young children.
